What social platforms do you support?
Currently we support Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for scheduled posting. You can schedule posts for all platforms from the same Google Sheet using different tabs for each platform.
How many social accounts can I connect?
You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform (e.g., multiple Instagram accounts) or from different platforms up to your plan's limit.
What is a channel?
A channel is a social media account. For example: connecting your Instagram account = connecting 1 channel. Each platform account counts as one channel.
Can I connect multiple accounts (channels) to the same platform?
Yes! For example, if your plan allows 5 total accounts, all of them can be TikTok accounts, or 3 could be TikTok and 2 Instagram accounts—whatever combination works for you, up to your plan's limit.
How many posts can I make and schedule per month?
Schedule as many as you want, as far in advance as you need. Subject to our fair use policy.
What types of content can I post? Can I post carousels and stories?
You can create and schedule videos, images, carousels (multiple images), reels and stories. This gives you the flexibility to share all types of content across your social media platforms.
What happens if I need to change or delete a scheduled post?
It's super easy! Just edit or delete the row in your Google Sheet. Changes are automatically synced, so you can manage everything directly from your spreadsheet.
Will my posts get less reach using this app?
No, you will have the same reach as if you posted manually. We use official APIs from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring your posts perform exactly as they would if posted manually.
How does the client authentication work?
You can generate a unique link and send it to your client. They'll click the link, connect their social accounts via OAuth, and that's it—no signup, no forms, no passwords required. The connection is secure and instant.
Do I need to share my social media passwords with you?
No, we never ask for or store your passwords directly. We use official authentication methods provided by each social platform, which means you log in securely through their official login pages. This is the same secure method used by all legitimate social media management tools.
Can I customize my posting schedule?
Absolutely! You can set different schedules for each platform. Post everyday at 10 AM, every weekday at 6 PM, or TikTok 2 times a day and YouTube once a week—whatever works for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no lock-in and you can cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelling, it will cancel at the end of your current billing period; you can still use the pro features until the end of your billing period.
