Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: Wecollect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us whenyou register on the Services, express an interest in obtaininginformation about us or our products and Services, when you participate inactivities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Sensitive Information. Wedo not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. Wemay collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to makepurchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security codeassociated with your payment instrument. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using yourexisting social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other socialmedia account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certainprofile information about you from the social media provider, as described inthe section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete,and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personalinformation.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhereto Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Userequirements.

In Short: Ifyou choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account,we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using yourthird-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins).Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information aboutyou from your social media provider. The profile information we receive mayvary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often includeyour name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as otherinformation you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that aredescribed in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on therelevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsiblefor, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social mediaprovider. 6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it isnecessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longerretention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, orother legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keepingyour personal information for longer than the period of time in whichusers have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process yourpersonal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or,if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information hasbeen stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personalinformation and isolate it from any further processing until deletion ispossible.

Although we will do our best toprotect your personal information, transmission of personal information to andfrom our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Serviceswithin a secure environment.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfullyprocessing your personal information, you also have the right to complain toyour Member State data protection authority or UK dataprotection authority.

If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal DataProtection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personalinformation, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on theapplicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Youcan withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contactdetails provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THISNOTICE?" below or updating your preferences.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of theprocessing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will itaffect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance onlawful processing grounds other than consent.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information inyour account or terminate your account, you can:

  • Log in to your account settings and update your user account.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate ordelete your account and information from our active databases. However, we mayretain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems,assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply withapplicable legal requirements.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobileapplications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting youcan activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about youronline browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniformtechnology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has beenfinalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or anyother mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be trackedonline. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in thefuture, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of thisPrivacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browserDNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard forrecognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity todetermine you are the same person about whom we have the information in oursystem. We will only use personal information provided in your request toverify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannotverify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we mayrequest that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifyingyour identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Australia and New Zealand
